The definition of a new patient is “one who has not received any professional services from the physician, or another physician of the same specialty who belongs to the same group practice, within the past three years.”
By contrast, an established patient has received professional services from the physician or another physician in the same group and the same specialty within the prior three years.
If you have never been in our office or you have not seen Dr. Roman-Pavajeau before you are a New Patient for us.
If you were one of our patients more than 3 years ago, you will be considered as a New Patient.
New patients can save time during the first appointment by completing all paper work prior to a visit (please go to the section of FORMS in this site). Simply download, fill in the information requested, print them out, and bring the completed forms with you to your appointment.
